It was fate that I met Christine because I was looking for someone to manage my property unit in Jazz.

After few months had passed when I came back home to Canada, I called Christine up via Whatsapp. Since I do not know Christine personally, I do not easily trust strangers. Therefore I asked her to send me all her credentials, license and government ID's. She was very genuine and sent me all the required ID's and licenses.

We had several conversations about the plans for my condo unit where she gave options and realistic advice. I executed my plan where I gave her authority into managing my unit.

Many qualities I like about Christine was that she was always transparent about the ongoing rental rate due to Covid. In addition, she made recommendations on how we can expidiate on getting my unit rented by making changes to the condo unit such as changing the furniture into double decker bed to allow flexibility to potential rental client. She was also transparent with the risk of investing on making the changes but did not guarantee 100% that unit can be rented due to the slow demand of rental due to Covid Pandemic and Lock down. She also allowed her client to make mindful decision before executing the plan of making the necessary changes to the unit.

I gave my full trust to Christine where I took her advice. She arranged everything from purchasing the required furniture's, delivery, cleaning and maintenance of the appliances in the condo such as AC, Exhaust system, water heater, washing machine for readiness for showing to the potential rental client(s).

Christine Dara is fair in her rate services where all expenses with receipts were all itemized for visibility. She is reliable, honest, genuine and most importantly professional in getting the job done.
